Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Nov 19 (EFE) .- The thirty-fifth edition of the Las Palmas International Dog Show will bring together more than 300 copies of fifty hundred of different races.
A statement from the promoter of the contest advances this Tuesday that from 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 10:30 on Sunday the most qualified animals of each breed will try to be chosen the best in their category and, thus, be able to aspire to a subsequent recognition Spanish and even international.
Best puppies, young specimens, best adult male or female and best breeding groups are some of the modalities that will be judged.
Likewise, during those two days -until Sunday noon- the best absolute copy of the exhibition will be chosen: the ‘best in show’.
The note adds that the first trials, on Saturday afternoon, will be to the canary presas, terriers, dachshunds and hunting retriever dogs.
Throughout Sunday morning the number of races will multiply and, with it, the attraction of the capital’s exhibition for all who visit it. EFE
