The new health protocol concerning the vaccination campaign comes into force from this Monday, November 22. From now on, the booster dose of the Pfizer / BioNtech vaccine will be administered from November 22 to 30.
This exercise will take place in five regional hospitals across the island for health care staff and high risk patients. Patients who are vulnerable are those who undergo dialysis, organ transplants or those who have cancer.
Namely that pregnant women are also affected by this “Booster Dose.” High-risk patients must be accompanied by a medical prescription and healthcare workers must also provide proof that they are operating in this sector.
Note that from 9 am to 12 noon, the “Booster dose will be dedicated to high-risk patients and for nursing staff will be from 12.30 pm to 3 pm.
