The 9th edition of Label Suisse is being held this weekend in Lausanne. However, it will be adapted to the new health measures announced Tuesday by the Vaud Council of State.
The sixty concerts scheduled between Friday and Sunday will take place as planned. Only recommended until then, wearing a mask is now mandatory on all festival sites, the organizers announced on Wednesday in a press release.
To comply with the new health rules in the canton of Vaud, Label Suisse has canceled the after parties that were planned in D! Club after concerts. The canton has indeed decided to close nightclubs to fight against the coronavirus.
For the rest, prior registration to attend a concert is always compulsory. Participants receive a QR code which they present when entering and leaving the room.
From Friday, around a hundred artists will perform in seven emblematic places in Lausanne. The program mixes hip-hop, jazz and classical music, including Neue Volksmusik, rock and even electro.
