The Minister of Trade and Industry Amr Nassar has stated that Egypt has all the potential to be a regional and international center for the industry of exhibitions and conferences and stressed that many international conferences and exhibitions they are currently attracted to Egypt in the next phase.
This happened during the opening of the minister today for the tenth session of the exhibition ICS Organized by the General Export Development Authority and the Export and Building Materials Export Board at the Egyptian Center for International Conferences and Exhibitions, was attended by Jumah Mubarak Al-Junibi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Cairo and Petro Tomacchini, Commercial Adviser of the Italian Embassy in Cairo.
The minister said that the exhibition will take place from November 8 to November 11, over an area of 20 thousand square meters and is attended by 150 companies, including 45 foreign companies representing the countries of Spain , Italy, China and Portugal, underlining that the exhibition takes place over 4 days where visitors are expected to be 82 thousand visitors.
He added that the delegations from 22 countries took part in the events of the exhibition to conclude marketing and export contracts, underlining that Italy participates in the exhibition with a large delegation of importers of ceramics and health articles.
He stressed that Egypt is the ideal destination for organizing the events of Africa and the Middle East as a regional and international commercial hub, emphasizing that the high growth rates of the national economy and the Adequate investment environment in Egypt contributed to the success of the show in its nine previous sessions.
Nassar stressed that Egypt is an important industrial center of the region, particularly in the ceramics and sanitary sectors, and stressed that Egypt is a reliable and safe gateway to global exports of the Middle markets East, Mediterranean and Africa.
He added that the exhibition will contribute to the creation of new channels for marketing and distribution in local and international markets in the ceramic and healthcare sectors and will contribute to the launch of industrial projects aimed at exporting and awareness of the world's leading brands in this sector, adding that the fair of this year will host the biggest international meeting of designers, health.
Nassar explained that the exhibition reflects the key role of the ceramic industry in attracting foreign direct investment in the Egyptian market, emphasizing that the exhibition also contributes to the creation of an environment conducive to effective communication between ceramic producers and distributors. and health articles in the region.
