The new Egyptian ambassador to Sudan arrives in Khartoum to take office

The new Egyptian ambassador to Sudan, Hossam Issa, arrived in the Sudanese capital of Khartoum on Friday evening to take up his duties.

Ambassador Hossam Eissa was received at the Khartoum International Airport, a representative of the Sudanese Foreign Ministry, a number of accredited ambassadors in Sudan, the Egyptian Ambassador Hiba Mustafa, Consul General Ahmad Adly , media adviser to the embassy Abdulnabi Sadek and members of the embassy.

Foreign Minister Sameh Choukri has issued a decree appointing Ambassador Hossam Issa as ambassador to Sudan, replacing Ambassador Shaltout, appointed deputy minister of Sudan and South Sudan.
