He Homicide Group of the Higher Police Headquarters of Aragon investigates the case of a 90-year-old woman who was left for dead in a hospital in Zaragoza and hours later, when he was already in the cemetery, it was found that he had a pulse and was breathing.
The elderly woman was transferred back to the hospital where she died the next day, so it can be said that she died twice in just 24 hours.
The investigation, under the supervision of the Court of Instruction number 12 of Zaragoza, tries to determine if there was any negligence or malpractice on the part of the professionals at the medical center and if the transfer to the funeral home could have influenced the final death of the elderly woman.
