Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadim Priestayko has expressed the opinion that the restrictions imposed by Western countries in relation to the Russian Federation are "imperfect", reports RIA news.
According to him, for this reason, the West is gradually ceasing to join them. For example, he cited the restoration of the powers of the Russian delegation to PACE and the initiative of the American president Donald Trump to invite Russia to the next G7 summit.
At the same time, the minister noted that restrictions are detrimental to the Russian economy.
Earlier it was reported that speaking of anti-Russian sanctions, Priestayko said that the Ukrainian authorities have no goal of "hurting Russia". He called Kiev's goal to create a happy life for the Ukrainians.
