The anomalous heat of this ‘summer’ will continue this Wednesday, the eve of the Pilar bridge, with more than 30 degrees in areas of the north, center and south of the peninsula, as well as Canary Islands.
The prediction of the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet)collected by Servimedia, indicates that temperatures will rise on the Cantabrian coast and will fall in western Galicia, a large part of the Canary Islands and the Catalan coast.
It will be hotter in Badajoz (34 degrees); Bilbao, Córdoba, Ourense, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Seville (33); and Cáceres, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Oviedo (32). On the contrary, it will soften especially in Ceuta (25) and Málaga, Melilla, Segovia and Tarragona (26).
The Aemet maintains the yellow notice – risk for outdoor activities – due to 34 degrees throughout the Canary archipelago except La Palma, Lanzarote, the peaks of Gran Canaria and the north of Tenerife.
On the other hand, the sun will shine in most parts of the country. However, the approach of an Atlantic front will increase the high cloudiness in the northwest third of the peninsula throughout the day and in the late hours it will cover the skies in the northwest half of Galicia and the west of Asturias.
