The Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition has issued an alert this Thursday about the product cane filled with cocoa from the Dulcesol brandwhose labeling does not inform of the presence of possible traces of milkwhich may involve risks for allergic people, and which has been distributed in several communities, including Andalusia.

As a precautionary measure, Aesan, an agency attached to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, recommends people allergic or intolerant to milk to refrain from taking this product.

Specifically, it is the product “cane filled with cocoa from the Dulcesol brand, there are three units packaged in a plastic bag with the batch number 04G, 11G, 21G, 01H, 12H, 25H, 31H (various expiration dates) and weighing 141 grams.

According to the information available, the initial distribution has been to the autonomous communities of Andalusia, Canary Islands, Catalonia, Basque Country, Extremadura, Galicia and Murcia.

Aesan has specified that “it is not ruled out that there may be redistributions to other autonomous communities.”
