At the 567th day of the war in Ukraine, drones hit both sides of the combatant countries while Russian President Vladimir Putin receives the leader of North Korea at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in the Siberian region of Amur. Kim Jong-un, for a possible arms and military technology supply agreement.

“Russia has now risen in a holy fight to defend its sovereignty and security (…) We have always supported and continue to support all of President Putin’s decisions,” Kim said at the beginning of the meeting. Russian drones hit the Ukrainian river port of Izmail, on the Danube, in the region of Odessawhere they started a fire and left at least six civilians injured, according to the regional governor, Oleg Kiper.
