The European University of the Atlantic, organizes next January 27 the webinar “Rich and famous: how to combine semantics and pragmatics in second language teaching “, which will be taught by Carmelo Bazaco, PhD in linguistics.
Carmelo Bazaco, with a master’s degree in this same area, has a degree in English philology and has written a thesis on copula processing in Spanish. His long career as a university teacher and in secondary education at a national and international level, has made him an expert in the field. On the other hand, it is worth highlighting his work as a researcher in syntax and theoretical semantics, as well as in the interface between structure, meaning and language processing.
In this sense. During the webinar the doctor will address the most common problems, as well as possible solutions based on behavior semantic and pragmatic of the copulas ser and estar in Spanish, which is always a challenge in the teaching of this language.
