András Kozma new member of the Supervisory Board

The Annual General Meeting elected András Kozma (53) as a new member of the Supervisory Board. His mandate began at the end of the Annual General Meeting and will run until the end of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

After studying business administration in Budapest and Vienna, Kozma worked in various functions in the financial services sector, including as head of department at the former Hypovereinsbank Hungary, now Unicredit Bank, as well as on the board of Eulerhermes Hitelbiztosító, now Allianz Trade, and as CEO of Commerzbank Hungary.

Kozma has also been a board member of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 2008 and is a member of the supervisory board of the Hungarian Credit Management Association, among other things. Since 2015 he has been the owner of various private companies in the financial consulting sector.

Georg Riedl (Insurance Journal 10.6.2014) resigned from the Supervisory Board at the end of this year’s Annual General Meeting. The Supervisory Board therefore continues to consist of twelve members elected by the Annual General Meeting.
