“A family has been shot dead while they slept”says the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office while Russia has announced the arrest of two of its soldiers as responsible for the events. According to reports from Ukrainian prosecutors, “Caucasian-looking people dressed in military uniforms” showed up at the family’s home this month and asked to leave it so that a Russian Army unit could be housed there.
The father refused and was threatened by the soldiers, who returned on October 27 and opened fire on all the members of the family while they slept. “Among those murdered are three women and two children born in 2014 and 2018“says the statement from the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office.
On the other hand, the report from the kyiv General Staff this Tuesday assures that Russia has lost in its invasion since the war began in Ukraine to more than 300,000 soldiers.
