WhatsApp added a new tool that allows Add contacts by means of code QR. This is a function that is currently only available for some beta users but little by little it could be reaching the rest.
To use this option, you must enter the app and click on the three points listed in the top margin.
Then you should go up Adjustments and next to the name you will see the QR code symbol. This option will allow another user just by scanning there to add us as a contact.
As already mentioned, it is a new option that will gradually come to users.
Other tools that are already available on WhatsApp
Make video calls of up to 50 people
To make use of this option, click on an icon that will take us to Messenger Rooms From Facebook. It should be remembered that WhatsAppLike Messenger, it is owned by Facebook.
You have to enter a WhatsApp chat and press the symbol of the clip that appears next to the photo camera icon at the bottom of the interface. Once this is done, the options menu will be displayed and you must choose the one that appears as a recording camera with a clip inside with the name “Room“
Then you will see a message indicating that the user will be redirected to Messenger. Once there you can create a virtual room following this steps. In this way you can establish a video call with 50 people simultaneously.
Activate the second authentication factor
You have to enter WhatsApp in the section “Bill“, Located within the section”Adjustments“Or”Setting“
Then choose the option that says “Two-step verification”And from there this option is activated which adds an extra layer of security to your account.
Fingerprint lock
Another very useful tool to take care of security is to activate the fingerprint lock. In this way, to enter your WhatsApp chats you will have to place your fingerprint and nobody else could, in principle, access your conversations.
How to send images without losing quality
When a photo is sent by WhatsApp, the recipient receives a version with lower quality than the original. The loss of quality is due to the fact that the application itself compresses them automatically. The goal of this is none other than to reduce their weight so that they reach the recipient in a much faster way. That is, the user must sacrifice an aspect to achieve speed. But there is a method to prevent this from happening.
After having opened the conversation, the person should press the attach button, which is represented by a clip logo at the bottom right of the screen. In this area a pop-up window will open where the shipping options are displayed and it is here that the first relevant action must be carried out, since the user should not choose the Gallery option, but the Document option.
