In the northern half of the peninsula, Asturias, Cantabria, Castilla y León, the Basque Country and La Rioja have a yellow warning (risk) for rain of up to 40 liters per square meter in 12 hours or for strong gusts of wind that will range between 70/80 kilometers per hour; In coastal communities there is also an alert for rough seas.
