Today, NVIDIA has introduced its new mid-level graphics card GeForce GTX 1660, and its AIB partners have prepared their new versions. We wrote about some of them before the official announcement, and now we'll talk about the others. For example, Zotac introduced two of its own versions of GeForce GTX 1660.
The new items are called Zotac Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 and GTX 1660 AMP!, Which differ from each other in cooling systems, sizes and clock frequencies. Each of the new products received a fairly compact cooling system with a pair of fans, an aluminum radiator and copper heat pipes. The younger Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 uses 80mm fans and the previous GeForce GTX 1660 AMP! – 90 mm fans. Furthermore, this last one will have a reinforcing back plate.
As for the GPU clock frequencies, the GeForce GTX 1660 video card has the 1530/1785 MHz standard, while the GeForce GTX 1660 AMP! Factory received 1845 MHz overclocking in Boost mode. The GDDR5 video memory with a capacity of 6 GB in both models works with an effective frequency of 8000 MHz.
The Zotac Gaming GeForce GTX 1660 video card has dimensions of 173.4 × 111.15 × 35.3 mm and the dimensions of the GeForce GTX 1660 AMP model! make-up 209.6 × 119.3 × 41 mm. Both new products are equipped with additional single 8-pin power connectors, but with the previous version, the power consumption is 130 W, instead of the standard 120 W. A set of video outputs includes three DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.0b.
The Geotor GTX 1660 video card from the Zotac company will go on sale in the near future, but their price has not yet been specified. Note that the recommended cost of the GeForce GTX 1660 in Russia will be 17,990 rubles.
