The gas station, located at 229 S. Brandywine Ave., accumulated 107 points over the past 12 months and 128 points over 24 months through the city’s point system. A business can be deemed a nuisance after accruing just 12 points within a 12-month period or 18 points within 24 months.
Reasons for the Suspension
