Investigators identified 24 “total evaders”—individuals or businesses that operate entirely outside the tax system. In 2025, the unit conducted 64 interventions, resulting in 69 rescues and the recovery of nine deceased individuals. The tempo of operations accelerated significantly in the first five months of 2026, with 20 missions already completed to assist 96 people.
