Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno outlined strategies including extending the holiday period, adjusting school vacations and implementing flexible working arrangements for civil servants to ease travel demand .

Areas in Sumatra, West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, Bali, and Papua remain at high alert due to ongoing rainfall and flood risks .
