Macy’s Great American Alumni Marching Band: 20th Anniversary & 100th Parade Festivity!
Welcome back! its hard to believe the MGAMB began 20 years ago! In celebration of this milestone, the Macy’s Great American Alumni Marching Band (MGAAMB) will be participating in the 2026 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade – the parade’s 100th Anniversary!
We are inviting all past MGAMB members to return to New York City to participate in this historic event. We are aiming for a large turnout and hope to be recognized as a stand-alone band with a specially designed banner, commemorating our momentous 20th Anniversary.
Please Note: This site is exclusively for graduated alumni members. Current high school members planning to return to the 2026 MGAMB (high school band) should click the Applications link when registration opens on January 15, 2026. Seniors who participated in the 2025 MGAMB will be considered alumni upon graduation in 2026.
Highlights Include:
