Pricing and Powertrain Specifications for the 2027 Model
The 2027 Lincoln Corsair starts at $46,495, excluding delivery charges, which increase the base cost to $48,790. Lincoln spokesperson Kelly Wysocki noted that the new pricing sits roughly $7,000 higher than the 2026 model, an increase driven largely by additional standard content rather than tariffs alone.
Under the hood, the vehicle features a new 2.0-liter turbocharged hybrid powertrain paired with all-wheel drive, delivering a maximum 305 horsepower, according to CBT News. The crossover will be offered in two trim levels: Premiere and Reserve, alongside five new exterior paint colors and refreshed interior styling details.
Production Shifts and Supply Chain Factors
Ford Motor Co. halted domestic Corsair production in December at the Louisville Assembly Plant in Kentucky to retool the facility for the upcoming Fathom electric midsize pickup truck on the new Universal Electric Vehicle Platform. To maintain availability in a vital segment, Lincoln is importing the Corsair from a joint venture plant with Chang’an Automobile Group located in Chongqing, central China, as detailed by CBT News.
This import strategy mirrors Lincoln’s handling of the Nautilus SUV, which has been imported from China since 2024. Citing statements from spokesperson Kelly Wysocki, the China-assembled Corsair is expected to face a tariff of approximately 52.5%, similar to the Nautilus. Despite this near-term reliance on Chinese manufacturing to bridge a portfolio gap, Ford and Lincoln maintain a longer-term plan to phase out Chinese imports and expand U.S. manufacturing starting in 2030, according to CBT News.

Every 2027 Corsair comes equipped with BlueCruise 1.5, hands-free highway driving technology that features automatic lane changes, alongside four years of included vehicle connectivity.
