This season’s schedule pairs runway presentations with live music performances, orchestral compositions, and interactive public art installations across the city.
Opening Night and Designer Lineups at DDP
Girl group H1-KEY opens the official schedule on September 1 with a live performance at DDP Hall 1, returning to the Seoul Fashion Week stage after previously performing their single “Rose Between Concrete” during the 2025 S/S season for the brand Duckdive, according to event organizers. Designer brand RE RHEE, led by designers Lee Jun-bok and Joo Hyun-jung, stages the opening runway show.
Orchestral Runways and Thematic Collections
On September 4, the Lotte Kids Orchestra performs live during the Greedilous runway show at the Jamsil Lotte World Tower, according to show details. Formed in 2023, the youth orchestra supports children with classical music training. Designer Park Yoon-hee’s Greedilous collection, titled “THE LITTLE PRINCE : ASTEROID G-78,” draws inspiration from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s The Little Prince, featuring astronomical graphics and cosmic silhouettes set to the live orchestral accompaniment.
NCT 10th Anniversary Installations and Public Exhibitions
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the K-pop group NCT anchors a series of public events running alongside the fashion schedule, according to promotional disclosures. From September 1 to 5, the Banpo Hangang Park Moonlight Rainbow Fountain plays synchronized light and water shows set to tracks by NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, NCT WISH, and NCT U. On September 6, a curated runway at the Jamsil World Park Square features models wearing archival stage costumes worn by the group.
Additionally, a large-scale art balloon installation representing NCT is displayed at Seokchon Lake throughout September, accompanied by night lighting in the group’s official color, pearl neo champagne, starting September 7. Concurrently, a pop-up store celebrating the 10th anniversary of the brand Kimhekim opens on September 2 on the third floor of the Jamsil Avenues, running through September 20 to display archival pieces.
Expanded Footprint and Global Showrooms
The six-day event utilizes dual major landmarks, combining B2B trade shows and designer presentations at DDP with public pop-ups, outdoor runways, and an SFW X K-Lifestyle Street in Jamsil, featuring K-food, beauty, and wellness zones. In Seongsu, a Berlin Showroom running through September 2 to spotlight 12 Berlin-based labels continues international trade connections for the city’s fashion industry, according to event schedules.
