All3, a UK-based construction robotics startup, has raised $25 million in seed funding led by RTP Global, with participation from SuperSeed, Begin Capital, s16vc, and VNV Global. The company is developing an integrated construction platform leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and autonomous robots to automate building design, manufacturing, and on-site assembly.

The construction industry has historically lagged behind others in adopting technological advancements. According to RTP Global, methods and productivity in the sector have seen minimal improvement in the last 50 years. All3 aims to address this stagnation by offering a fully automated system designed to accelerate project timelines, reduce costs, and minimize environmental impact.
How All3’s Platform Works
All3’s platform consists of three core components:
- AI-Powered Design: AI systems are used to create building designs specifically tailored to individual sites, even those with complex urban constraints.
- Robotic Factories: Off-site robotic factories manufacture custom building components, such as walls, beams, and columns.
- Autonomous On-Site Assembly: The company’s Mantis robot, an autonomous legged robot, handles the on-site assembly of these components, including installation, fastening, finishing, and inspection.
Mantis Robot Capabilities
The Mantis robot is designed specifically for construction environments. It can carry payloads exceeding 100 kilograms and reach heights of up to four meters. All3 states that a fleet of Mantis robots can complete a seven-story, 5,000-square-meter building in approximately three months. The robot utilizes embodied AI to perform its tasks.
