On March 14, 2026, Nichkhun shared via Instagram Stories that he was stalked and followed for approximately 30 minutes while walking near his home. According to his account, the individual aggressively yelled and cursed at him in Chinese. Fearing for his safety, Nichkhun walked to a nearby police station and was subsequently escorted home by police Soompi.

Nichkhun stated that the stalker “physically assaulted” him during the encounter.
