In a video posted to Instagram, Singh asked Slatten if she wanted to address their fans, to which she responded slowly, “No, I can’t talk,” as reported by Page Six. Singh explained to viewers that the disease is progressing and directly affecting her speech, making communication increasingly difficult.
According to Entertainment Now, the 68-year-old is also experiencing growing weakness around her spine and neck. Singh noted that this loss of strength impacts her balance and makes walking safely a major challenge. “Jenny is getting weaker and now I feel like this is the time when we will start using the equipments,” Singh said, as cited by Entertainment Now.
Visa Delays and Fear of Permanent Separation
Beyond the health update, the couple addressed a major logistical hurdle regarding their future. Singh, 38, hopes to bring Slatten to the United States to access specialized medical treatment and support systems that he believes may not be available in India, where Slatten moved to live with him after the couple connected online, as detailed by Page Six.
However, Singh’s visa has not been approved. The couple faces a difficult dilemma because they refuse to travel apart. According to Entertainment Now, Singh fears that if Slatten travels to the U.S. without him and her condition deteriorates, she might be unable to return to India, leading to a permanent separation if immigration officials deny his entry.
“If I don’t get the visa, it means that we will be apart forever,” Singh told Page Six. He pointed to a recent precedent involving fellow “90 Day Fiancé” cast members Kenny Niedermeier and Armando Rubio, whose immigration case gained widespread attention and allowed Rubio to secure a humanitarian visa to enter the U.S., according to Page Six.

Singh is actively seeking guidance from immigration attorneys or specialists who can review their documentation and marriage records to find a viable path forward. The couple has also established a GoFundMe campaign to help cover growing medical and support expenses, according to Entertainment Now.
