Aaron Judge’s Next Goal: A World Series Title

Aaron Judge is performing at an exceptional level after nine seasons in Major League Baseball. he’s joined an exclusive group of Yankees-Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra-with three MVP Awards. Like Babe Ruth and Roger Maris, Judge has hit 60 or more home runs in a single season. And he’s one of only four players in baseball history-along with Ruth, Mark McGwire, and Sammy Sosa-to reach 50 or more home runs in a season four times.

Though, there’s one list Judge wants to escape: the list of the greatest players who never won a World Series. Currently, it includes Ted Williams, Ken Griffey Jr., ernie Banks, and Barry Bonds-all Hall of Famers. Other notable names include Tony Gwynn, Rod Carew, Ichiro Suzuki, Harmon Killebrew, and even Ty Cobb. With recent injuries,Mike Trout may also join this group.

Williams only played in one World Series during his career. judge has appeared in just one so far, but he still has time. He first made his mark on baseball by becoming the first rookie to hit 50 or more home runs in a season back in 2017.

Last year, Judge finally reached the World Series, similar to Don Mattingly (who is again under consideration by the Contemporary Baseball Era Committee for Hall of Fame induction).
