Surfer Dodges Canoe at Waimea Bay
Polly Ralda recently had a wild experience in Hawaii.
The big wave surfer – originally from Guatemala,who moved to the North Shore of Oahu to chase her dream of riding big waves – started her winter season with a board hitting her in the face. She also had to dodge an outrigger canoe while waiting for waves at Waimea Bay.

It’s been a rough start to the season for Ralda, but she seems to be taking it in stride.
