Project Manager – Construction Film GmbH

Construction Film GmbH is a dynamic and growing company specializing in high-quality film production for the construction industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our film projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and executing film projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Managing project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
• Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Utilizing project management software and digital communication tools to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the film or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to interact effectively and empathetically with a wide range of people within and outside the organization.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g.,Asana,Trello,Microsoft Project) and digital communication tools (e.g., slack, Microsoft Teams). Asana, Trello, and Microsoft Project are popular choices.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• A strong understanding of film production processes is a plus.
