“Notre Dame de Paris” Coming to Bergamo

the acclaimed musical “Notre Dame de Paris” will grace the ChorusLife Arena in bergamo from October 9 to 11, 2026.

This globally celebrated opera,renowned for its spectacular production,returns to Italian stages in February 2026,four years after its twentieth-anniversary performance in Italy. The show first debuted in Italy on March 14, 2002, launching an unusual journey that will celebrate its twenty-fifth anniversary in 2027.

Since its 2002 debut, the Italian production – produced by David Zard and featuring Pasquale Panella’s Italian adaptation of Luc Plamondon’s lyrics – has achieved worldwide success. Riccardo cocciante’s evocative score, featuring iconic songs like “Bella,” “Il tempo delle cathedrali,” and “Vivere per amore,” powerfully portrays the tragic love story of Esmeralda and Quasimodo against the backdrop of the Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris.

The tour, produced by Clemente Zard and distributed by Vivo Concerti, begins on February 26, 2026, in Milan (running until March 15). Subsequent performances are scheduled for Jesolo (VE), Eboli (SA), Pesaro, Reggio Calabria, Montichiari (BS), Lugano, Genoa, Ferrara, Olbia, Palermo, Verona, Bergamo, Viareggio – Torre del Lago (LU), Messina, Naples, Bari, Florence, Conegliano (TV), Turin, Casalecchio di Reno (BO), Trieste, and concluding in Rome on December 29, 2026.
