The Saudi press has recently reported an alleged power struggle at Al Nassr, the club featuring Portuguese stars Cristiano Ronaldo and João Félix, under the management of compatriot Jorge Jesus.
According to Arriyadiyah, the club’s CEO, José Semedo, also Portuguese, has had his powers frozen.
The same source indicates that this decision was approved by a majority of the Al Nassr Board of Directors and communicated to the club’s departments via email on Tuesday afternoon, just hours before their match against Al ettifaq.
