Soledad de Graciano Sánchez, San Luis potosí – The municipality of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez experienced a remarkably secure holiday season for it’s educational institutions, with zero reported incidents of damage or vandalism across approximately 218 schools, including elementary, high school, and university levels. Mayor Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz attributed this success to the collaborative efforts of the Municipal Civil Guard and the Directorate of Education, who prioritized the safeguarding of school property and the well-being of the educational community.
The positive outcome is a direct result of strengthened dialog and proactive measures implemented by the municipal government. Increased surveillance patrols, totaling 574 coordinated efforts with the State Civil Guard, were strategically deployed throughout the holiday period. This heightened police presence, coupled with consistent communication with parents’ associations, allowed for the immediate addressing of any potential concerns.
“Taking care of our schools means taking care of our children,” stated Mayor Navarro Muñiz, emphasizing the administration’s commitment to providing safe and secure learning environments.
