Samsung Launches “Help Me Choose” Tool to Simplify Appliance Shopping
Samsung is making it easier for customers to navigate its wide range of laundry appliances with the launch of a new online tool called “Help Me Choose.” Recognizing that consumers have diverse laundry needs and preferences, samsung developed this tool to streamline the product selection process.
The “Help me Choose” tool, now available on Samsung’s website for washers, dryers, and washer-dryer combos, asks users a series of questions about their household size, laundry habits, and lifestyle. Based on these responses, the tool recommends the most suitable product.
“Today’s consumers have a wide array of laundry needs and preferences, and that means there is no one-size-fits-all solution,” said Sang Jik Lee, Executive Vice President and head of Sales & Marketing Team for Digital Appliances (DA) Business at Samsung. “By simplifying the decision-making process and offering a more intuitive product discovery journey,the ‘Help Me Choose’ tool makes it easy to find the best fit.”
The rollout of “Help Me Choose” will begin this month in select countries, with plans for expansion to other regions soon. Samsung also intends to extend the tool to additional product categories throughout the first half of the year, aiming to provide customers with a more convenient way to make informed purchase decisions.
