American journalist Savannah Guthrie published a new video on Saturday, telling her mother’s potential kidnappers that she was going to “pay” the ransom.

The presenter of the show Today was alongside his brother and sister in this new video published in Instagram.
“We received your message and we understand,” she said. “We are begging you now to return our mother to us so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we can find peace. This is very important to us, and we are prepared to pay.”
It’s been almost a week since the disappearance of his 84-year-old mother. Nancy Guthrie was reported missing Sunday night from her home in Catalina Foothills, near Tucson, Arizona, according to American authorities.
The latter claimed that blood had been found on the porch, matching M’s DNA.me Guthrie. A possible kidnapping was mentioned, with no suspect identified, at the time of writing.
The FBI is also assisting in the search, offering a $50,000 reward.
