President Iliana Yotova has hinted that she will have a veto on changes to the election rules.
And before the representatives of the APS, and before “majesty” she made her position clear that “all Bulgarian citizens must be able to exercise their right to vote and not be restricted therein”.
In addition, as vice president until recently, Yotova was heavily involved with the Bulgarian communities abroadwhich is why it seems logical to veto changes to the Electoral Code, which limit the number of sections abroad to 20.
