Lee County Child Porn Cases: 2 Arrests Made

LEE COUNTY, Ala. (WTVM) – Two men are facing charges in separate child pornography investigations, according to authorities.

Jail records show 24-year-old Jason Scott was arrested Tuesday and charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography. He remains in the Lee County Jail on bond.

In an unrelated case, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office says 28-year-old Montreal Dowdell was arrested last Thursday. He is charged with seven counts of child pornography. Records indicate Dowdell has since been released on bond.

Montreal Dowdell is charged with seven counts of child pornography in Lee County.

Both cases remain under investigation.
