WALWORTH, N.Y. — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christian Robbie Lynn, 20, of Walworth on charges including first-degree rape.
Lynn was arrested following an investigation into allegations that he raped a girl under 14 over two months in 2025. Deputies said the investigation, which began on Oct. 15, 2025, involved executing multiple search warrants on Lynn’s cell phone and social media platforms. The alleged incidents occurred at Lynn’s home from Sept. 1 to Oct. 3, 2025.
Lynn was charged with first-degree and second-degree Rape, first-degree and second-degree Sexual Abuse, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was taken to the Wayne County Jail, awaiting arraignment in CAP court.
Authorities said the investigation is ongoing, with the possibility of additional juvenile victims.
