Package Interception Leads to Investigation

Customs officials flagged a package destined for Amsterdam for inspection, discovering a variety of prohibited weapons inside. According to NL Times and the Dutch Police website, the package contained multiple illegal items.

Search of Residence Uncovers Extensive Arsenal

Using the name and address on the package, police quickly identified the recipient and initiated an investigation. A subsequent search of the teen’s home revealed around 400 weapons, including pepper spray, brass knuckles, and stun guns, NL Times reported.

Public Urged to Report Suspicious Activity

Authorities are urging the public to report any suspicions regarding the storage, trade, or transport of illegal weapons. Reports can be made by calling 0900-8844 or anonymously through Meld Misdaad Anoniem at 0800-7000, as stated by both NL Times and the Dutch Police.
