Details of the Attack

According to Oleh Syniehubov, the Governor of Kharkiv Oblast, the strike damaged a five-story residential building, triggering a large-scale rescue operation. As of 08:37 local time, seven bodies had been recovered, including those of two children Devdiscourse. Earlier reports from Syniehubov indicated a death toll of eight, but this was later revised.
