Netflix has announced a May 14th premiere date for “Nemesis,” the new crime drama from Courtney A. Kemp, the creator of the “Power” franchise. The series aims to subvert the heist genre with high-stakes action and complex character dynamics.

“Nemesis” centers on the conflict between Isaiah Stiles, a brilliant police detective portrayed by Matthew Law, and Coltrane Wilder, an expert criminal played by Y’lan Noel. The story unfolds as these two figures engage in a strategic battle of wits in the city of Los Angeles.
