What Happened in Piana del Sole?

The explosion occurred on Via Tavagnasco, between Via Cigliè and Via Tavagnasco, in the Piana del Sole-Ponte Galeria area of Rome. According to initial reports, at least three buildings were affected, with one completely collapsing.
