Padraic Lynskey, originally of Meelick, Swinford, and later a resident of London, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2026. He died at Barnet Hospital, where he received care from NHS workers, surrounded by his family.

Family and Legacy

Padraic is survived by his loving wife, Margaret, and their six children: Paul, Caroline, Barry, Marion, Christine, and Elaine. He was a devoted grandfather to Erin, Jack, Sophie, Charlie, Harvey, Teddy, Tadhg, and Doran. He is also survived by his sister, Carmel, as well as a wide circle of relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, Tim and Hannah, his brother Edward, and his sister Claire Finnegan.

Funeral and Burial Services

The family has announced the following arrangements for those wishing to pay their respects to Padraic:

  • Reposing: Thursday, April 9, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Campbell’s Funeral Home (F12YE00).
  • Removal: Following the repose, removal will accept place at 7:30 pm to St. Lukes Church in Meelick.
  • Funeral Mass: The Funeral Mass is scheduled for Friday at 12:00 noon.
  • Burial: Burial will follow the mass at St. Lukes Cemetery, Meelick.
