The program is divided into two core phases: a 7-month training period and a 4-month incubation phase. During the training phase, participants will:

- Engage with world-class AI practitioners, entrepreneurs, and experts

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Age: 21–35 years old.
- Experience: Demonstrated software development experience and a basic understanding of AI.
- Citizenship: West or East African nationals. Non-citizens from other regions must cover their own travel costs to attend in-person interviews.
- Commitment: Availability for up to 12 months (7 months of training + 4 months of incubation) and a full-time entrepreneurial focus afterward.
While not mandatory, preferred skills include cross-functional team collaboration, AI innovation experience, and a focus on global market expansion.
