Profit Surge Hits Upper Circuit
E2E Networks shares climbed 5% to hit an upper circuit of Rs 469 on Wednesday, marking a fresh 52-week high.
Triple-Digit Revenue Gains
Growth figures underscore a period of rapid operational scaling. Revenue from operations soared to Rs 157 crore, a 334% jump from the Rs 36 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. Profitability metrics followed suit: margins expanded by 4,610 basis points to reach 75.2%, up from 29.1% previously. Meanwhile, EBITDA hit Rs 118 crore—a 1,023% increase from Rs 10.5 crore—as detailed in the company’s investor presentation.
Infrastructure Expansion and Subsidiary Growth
The firm is aggressively building out its hardware capacity. E2E Networks successfully deployed its B200 cluster on the TIR platform, which began contributing to revenue within the same quarter. The company has scaled its GPU infrastructure to approximately 5,100 units and recently incorporated Sovcloud Technologies Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Targeting the Sovereign AI Opportunity
The company’s investor presentation suggests that government and private sector clients increasingly view AI capacity as a strategic national asset rather than a basic utility. This shift occurs against a backdrop of structural undersupply, as global demand for training and inference GPUs continues to outpace hyperscale capacity.

Data-Centre Pipeline and Market Outlook
The domestic landscape is expanding rapidly. Knight Frank India reports that the country’s total data-centre pipeline now sits at 8.33 GW, up from 1.6 GW of live capacity. Backed by $30 billion in investment, the development is concentrated in Mumbai and Chennai, which hold pipelines of 3.75 GW and 1.36 GW respectively. Globally, McKinsey estimates that $6.7 trillion in capital expenditure will be required by 2030, with 70% driven by AI, while Oppenheimer Research values the sovereign AI infrastructure opportunity at $1.5 trillion over the current decade.
