Shot entirely on location in Mexico, the video for “Mexico Honey” functions as a personal postcard from the eight-time Grammy winner, as reported by Spin. The production highlights a carefree aesthetic through a sequence of vivid vignettes. Musgraves is featured singing karaoke, consuming tequila shots, and hanging halfway out of a moving vehicle’s passenger window.
