Persona AI announced a strategic partnership with ETEVERS ePA on Jan. 29 to jointly secure, build, and operate physical AI projects for public sector hyper-automation. According to the companies, the collaboration integrates agentic AI, four-legged robots, and 5G private networks into a single operational framework designed to automate complex workplace tasks.
Building End-to-End Physical AI Services
The joint initiative connects conversational AI decision-making directly with robotic field execution. According to company statements, Persona AI will supply its agentic AI automation technology, multi-agent systems, conversational platforms, and AI workflow orchestration tools. These software systems allow AI to interface with multiple external databases and software programs to drive public sector digital transformation.
Meanwhile, ETEVERS ePA manages hardware deployment, robot platform supply, field setup, and technical support. This high-speed communication infrastructure supports real-time data processing and remote robot control.
Targeting Public Sector Automation and Field Operations
The integrated platform creates a closed-loop operational structure. According to the project outlines, the AI analyzes workplace data and issues commands, robots execute physical tasks on-site, and the resulting field data feeds back into the AI system. The companies are currently targeting several high-risk or labor-intensive use cases:
- Facility safety inspections
- Industrial site patrols
- Public infrastructure management
- Disaster response operations
- National defense and security
Persona AI Yoo Seung-jae stated that the era of physical AI requires artificial intelligence to collaborate closely with real-world working robots rather than simply answering queries. According to Yoo, connecting agentic AI, robotics, and 5G networks establishes a baseline for capturing the public sector hyper-automation market. ETEVERS ePA Lee Jong-gyu added that the organic combination of AI, autonomous robots, and private networks positions both firms to lead the emerging physical AI sector.
Next Steps for Joint Implementation
The partnership moves forward through a dedicated working committee. According to the joint announcement, both companies will stage joint business development efforts, execute proof-of-concept trials, submit public project proposals, and incrementally upgrade their underlying technologies.
