Samsung Electronics launched its commercial glasses-free 3D Spatial Signage globally at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026 in Barcelona, expanding its enterprise display lineup with AI-driven content tools. According to company announcements at the exhibition, the commercial rollout pairs the new 3D displays with AI-powered content apps inside the Samsung VXT platform to target retail, corporate, and museum environments.
Samsung Spatial Signage Technical Specifications and Design
The newly launched 85-inch Spatial Signage display features a 4K UHD resolution of 2,160 by 3,840 pixels in a 9:16 portrait format, allowing venues to present 360-degree rotating product and scene visuals. According to Samsung, the display uses patented 3D Plate technology positioned behind the LCD panel to create spatial depth without requiring specialized glasses or external viewing equipment. SW Yong, President and Head of the Visual Display (VD) Business at Samsung Electronics, stated that the hardware combines with software tools to give businesses a more integrated approach to immersive commercial environments.
Powered by an integrated Quantum Processor, the hardware supports 4K UHD upscaling, 16-bit color mapping, and dynamic HDR refinement. The unit features an anti-glare panel designed to maintain clarity under bright lighting conditions. Built with an UltraThin Design, the display measures 52 millimeters in depth and weighs 49 kilograms. It is compatible with a Slim Fit Wall Mount to install cleanly into compact commercial locations without traditional box-like enclosures. Following the initial global release of the 85-inch model, Samsung plans to introduce 32-inch and 55-inch variants.
AI-Powered Content Creation via Samsung VXT
To streamline content deployment across the new hardware, Samsung demonstrated AI Studio at ISE 2026. This new content application within the Samsung VXT platform transforms static images into signage-ready video files without requiring external manual editing tools. According to company specifications, AI Studio automatically optimizes content with refined shadow detailing, adjusted margins, and background treatments tailored specifically for Spatial Signage.
The display’s commercial launch has already earned industry recognition. Spatial Signage was named a CES 2026 Innovation Award Honoree in the newly introduced Enterprise Tech category, making Samsung one of the first recipients in that classification during its debut. Prior to the ISE exhibition, the display received an IFA 2025 Innovation Award in the Best in Emerging Tech category.
Supersized Display Additions and Enterprise Partnerships
Alongside the 3D Spatial Signage rollout, Samsung expanded its extra-large format commercial displays by introducing the 130-inch Micro RGB signage, designated as the QPHX model, to commercial audiences at ISE 2026. The company originally unveiled the display for the ultra-premium home entertainment market. Furthermore, Samsung announced expanded enterprise collaboration with Cisco-certified wide-format display solutions to connect large corporate meeting spaces with integrated video conferencing hardware.
