Lena the Plug Divorce Hoax Involves In-Person Court Service and FBI Involvement

OnlyFans star Lena the Plug and podcaster Adam22 face an escalating legal impersonation scheme as court documents confirm a fraudulent divorce petition has reached formal service. According to Page Six, an individual impersonating Lena Nersesian filed proof on July 16, 2024, showing that Adam Nersesian was officially served with divorce papers at their Studio City, California, home on July 15. Adam22 confirmed to TMZ that he received the papers in person and stated he wants the police or the FBI to intervene in the ongoing harassment.

The Mechanics of the Fake Divorce Filing

The fraudulent legal battle began on June 1, 2024, when a person using Lena’s name filed a petition for divorce and requested primary legal and physical custody of the couple’s 5-year-old daughter, Parker, according to court documents obtained by Page Six. The filing listed an April 15 separation date and claimed joint real estate assets worth $1.152 million, while noting that the filer had no access to financial records. Lena the Plug addressed the situation on her Instagram Story, characterizing the petitioner as a “crazed fan” and a “crazy psycho stalker fan.” She stated she received rejected paperwork in the mail for months and filed a police report in May regarding the fraud, adding that the same individual previously triggered police wellness checks at their home.

Despite the court filings and subsequent service, both creators maintain that their marriage of 10 years remains intact. Lena exclusively told Page Six that the filing represents “the work of the crazed fan” rather than any genuine marital breakdown.
