Director Kim Mi-jo’s upcoming revenge drama Gyeongju Travel is hitting the airwaves and digital screens in a promotional blitz ahead of its 26th theatrical release, according to distributor Lotte Entertainment. The film follows four daughters and their mother embarking on a journey sparked by an eight-year wait for their youngest daughter, who never returned from a school trip.

According to Lotte Entertainment, the promotional rollout begins on the morning of the 21st, when Park So-dam and director Kim Mi-jo appear on the live visible radio broadcast of SBS PowerFM’s Park Ha-sun’s Cine Town. The pair will discuss the film’s conceptual origins and behind-the-scenes stories from the set.
Later that evening at 8:00 p.m., actors Lee Jung-eun, Park So-dam, and Lee Yeon will appear on the YouTube channel Channel Jo Jung-suk for the segment “What Should You Do, You.” The cast will share stories about visiting the set of the film Zombie Daughter alongside Jo Jung-suk and participate in a poker-face “Liar Game.”
At 11:30 p.m. on the same day, Park So-dam will make a solo appearance on KBS’s The Seasons-Sung Si-kyung’s Gomak Namchin. Park will perform a cover of Hyukoh’s “TOMBOY” and chat with Sung Si-kyung about the production process.
On the 23rd at 7:00 p.m., actors Gong Hyo-jin and Lee Yeon—who portray the eldest daughter Jang-ju and third daughter Dong-ju, respectively—will appear on the YouTube channel For the Time Being Gong Hyo-jin. The two actors will review unreleased behind-the-scenes footage they filmed themselves during production.

Gyeongju Travel is written and directed by Kim Mi-jo, centering on a family revenge narrative. The project brings together an ensemble cast featuring Lee Jung-eun, Park So-dam, Gong Hyo-jin, and Lee Yeon as four female family members. Lotte Entertainment has scheduled the film to open in theaters on the 26th.
