According to the Kishangarh police station, a PCR call was received at approximately 8:33 a.m. on August 22 reporting that a student had fallen from a building within the IIT Delhi campus, as reported by The Times of India and News18. Police personnel reached the location immediately and transferred the injured 31-year-old student to the campus hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
