Forest Grove Fire Prompts Homicide Investigation
According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded at 5:27 a.m. on Forest Grove Fire Department calls regarding a vehicle fire at 47350 NW Otis Lane, situated in an unincorporated rural area outside Forest Grove, Oregon. Firefighters at the scene discovered human remains inside a burning vehicle, prompting them to alert law enforcement.
Responders subsequently found a total of five dead people and several dead domestic animals spread across the heavily vegetated property. “This is being investigated as a quintuple homicide,” a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office stated during a Sunday press conference reported by KPTV, confirming that investigators do not believe the incident was a random act.
Suspect Found Dead in Washington State
